The rental bookings for this 2024 peak season in Australia and New Zealand have been coming in thick and fast for some time now, and particularly for New Zealand (January-March 2024) the number of available bikes has decreased dramatically.   However, after the month of March there is still plenty of availability, and the rental fees are lower too.
Combine this with the much smaller number of tourists on New Zealand’s stunning winding roads, as well as the usually fine weather for riding,  and April turns out to be a great option for a New Zealand motorbike experience.    But please, keep this inside info to yourself, or April will become the new peak season…!
